After registration, clients will be assigned a unique ID number and have access to a secure chat line with one of our pharmacists.
The chat link will be provided to the client after the payment is made.
Requests for information/inquiries can then be made to the pharmacists via this chat line.
Average return time for requests is 5 minutes, but time of response might range from 2 to 15 minutes depending on the complexity of the request.

Accessing the Service
Requests must be submitted without any patient identifiers. Information that provides personal information of a patient is prohibited, and will result in [termination of our service?]
Clients are welcome to use general terms (i.e. "Patient A,B", "Patient 1,2," etc.) in place of identifiers.
There are no limits on the number of requests a client can make during hours of operation.
